Job Title: Power System Design Lead Location: South East England, Isle of Wight, Cowes

Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours (2 days per week on site)

Job Duties: Lead the design and development of power systems for engineering projectsProvide technical expertise and guidance on power system design requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project deliveryConduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies for power system designsStay updated on industry trends and best practises in power system design Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldProven experience in power system design and developmentDemonstrated leadership skills in leading design teams Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in power system design and development

Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of power system principles and componentsProficiency in CAD software for power system designExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced engineering environment Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldProfessional certification in power system design Working Conditions: This role is based in South East England, Isle of Wight, Cowes. The work environment may involve exposure to engineering labs and project sites. The position may require occasional travel for project meetings and collaborations.
