Description
We have a great opportunity for an Industrial Painting Assistant to join our client, a well-established engineering manufacturing organisation within the Leeds area. This is a temporary position until the end of January, with the potential to be extended at that time.
Your role will involve:
Assisting the industrial painters with the preparation of a variety of components ready for sprayingClean tools, paint guns, spray booths, and work areas after use.Assist in preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, or applying primers as required.Support painters in mixing paints, coatings etc.The role will be working days with overtime available and paid at a premium rates. The option to be paid Umbrella is also available.
Ideally, you'll have experience with industrial paint preparation within in a similar environment. Candidates with paint spraying experience will also be of interest.
