We're looking for an experienced Estimator to take ownership of tender submissions and pre-construction planning. You'll:

Prepare accurate quotations, scopes of work, and construction sequencing programmesAnalyse risks, perform take-offs, and conduct post-tender reviewsNegotiate costs with suppliers and subcontractorsBuild strong relationships with teams and clientsEnsure compliance with Health & Safety standards About You

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in construction or fit-out estimatingStrong understanding of construction processes and regulationsConfident with Microsoft Office; Eque2 Evaluate & MS Project experience a bonus Personal Attributes:
