Description

The Electrical & Electronics Technician will support the build, integration and testing of advanced electrical and electronic systems within a low–volume, high–performance engineering environment. Working closely with Engineering, Test and Production teams, you will play a key role in ensuring electrical systems are assembled, installed and validated to the highest standards.

The Electrical & Electronics Technician will:

Build and integrate electrical and electronic assemblies from schematics, drawings and technical documentation. Manufacture, modify and repair LV and HV wiring looms and harnesses. Carry out precision soldering on PCBs, connectors and wiring assemblies. Perform electrical diagnostics, fault–finding and component–level repairs. Support prototype builds, vehicle integration and production activities. Install and terminate electrical components, connectors and cabling. Support root cause investigations and resolution of electrical issues. Maintain accurate build records and documentation in line with quality standards.

The Electrical & Electronics Technician will have:

Experience within automotive, motorsport, EV, aerospace or a similar engineering environment. Strong hands–on experience building, modifying and repairing wiring looms and harnesses. Experience with electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair. Precision soldering experience at PCB and wiring level. The ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and technical drawings. Strong practical skills in wiring, connectors, cable assembly and electrical integration. High attention to detail and a quality–focused approach. Experience working within prototype, development or low–volume manufacturing environments.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands–on with electrical systems and seeing products come together from build through to testing. If you take pride in high–quality workmanship and enjoy solving practical engineering challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
