Job Title: HVAC Project Manager
Location: Covering North of M25 up to Sheffield
Salary: 55,000– 65,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial and industrial air conditioning projects across the North of the M25 up to Sheffield. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects, ensuring high–quality standards and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of air conditioning projects.
Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry standards.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project costs, timelines, and quality standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Engineer within the air conditioning / HVAC sector.
Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems and installation processes.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem–solving skills.
Willingness to travel regularly across the North of the M25 to Sheffield region.
Full UK driving licence.
Package:
Permanent position with a salary of 55,000– 65,000 per annum.
