Salary: Up to 45,000

Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8:30am - 4:30pm Fri: 8:30am - 4:00pm

Location: Buckinghamshire (UK-wide travel)

We're recruiting on behalf of a world-renowned manufacturer of premium tower and mobile cranes, trusted on major construction projects across the UK and worldwide. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their UK Product Support Team and are looking for a skilled Tower Crane Service Engineer to join the business.

This is a field-based role offering long-term security, structured working hours, and the opportunity to work with some of the most respected crane brands in the industry.

The Role

As a Crane Technician / Tower Crane Engineer, you will be responsible for:Delivering field-based servicing, maintenance, and repairs on tower cranesProviding high-quality technical and aftersales support to customersDiagnosing faults across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systemsSupervising crane erections, dismantles, and component installationsCompleting all work safely, efficiently, and in line with manufacturer standardsActing as a professional, customer-facing representative of the business

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Crane Technician or Crane Engineer (tower crane experience is essential)Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systemsFull UK driving licenceCustomer-focused, professional approachProactive problem solver with strong attention to detailConfident verbal and written communication skills
