Shift: Full time Permanent Nightshift

Salary Up to GBP40,000 per annum dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities CNC Mill/Turn Machinist

A great opportunity to join a successful sub–contract engineering business located in beautiful Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. They are looking for a skilled CNC Mill/Turn machinist (Setter Operator level) to supplement their team in a role that has arisen through growth.

This role provides the business with the running of one or more CNC machines.

Setting and operating CNC MILL/TURN Lathe machines with FANUC operating control system to produce turned components to customer drawings and specificationsInspection of your own work to drawing and SPC requirementsGeneral high standard of engineering ability fully skilledMaintain your area to a high standard of 5C/5S Qualifications & Requirements CNC Mill/Turn Machinist

Completed a recognised apprenticeship in mechanical engineeringGeneral high standard of engineering ability fully skilledWorking knowledge of Nakamura machines with bar feed is an advantage but not essentialAdept with FANUC Controls and have solid experience in the aerospace industry.
