Air Conditioning Service, Maintenance & Breakdown Engineer
Salary: Up to 55,000 + Company Van, Tools & Fuel Card
Location: West London (mobile role)

We are looking for a highly experienced Air Conditioning Service, Maintenance & Breakdown Engineer to join our team, covering London. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong technical expertise and a proven track record in fault-finding and system diagnostics.
The Role:
Carry out service, maintenance, and reactive breakdown repairs on a wide range of air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits, AHUs, etc.).
Diagnose and resolve complex faults, including electrical and pressure-related issues.
Perform pressure checks and system adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
Work independently across client sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Provide support and guidance to colleagues when needed.
About You:
A wealth of experience in air conditioning service, maintenance, and breakdowns.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills, with knowledge of pressure testing and system checks.
F-Gas 2079 certification essential.
NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (preferred).
Full UK driving licence.
Professional, reliable, and able to deliver high standards of work across varied environments.
