What You Will Do:

– Develop and maintain detailed production process maps using tools like Value Stream Mapping, Yamazumi Charts, and time study analysis to optimise workflows. – Collaborate with the Quality Engineer to conduct PFMEA and Control Plan activities, ensuring robust process controls are in place for high–quality performance. – Create and maintain Standard Operating Instructions for all production processes to ensure consistency and efficiency. – Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, enhance production flow, and drive cost savings. – Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to resolve process–related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness. – Contribute to the seamless introduction of new products and processes, ensuring compliance with standardised methodologies.

What You Will Bring:

– Proven experience in Process Engineering within a complex manufacturing environment. – Proficiency in utilising tools like Yamazumi, MOST, SPC, and Value Stream Mapping. – Strong problem–solving and analytical skills with a focus on process optimisation. – Ability to interpret engineering drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. – Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross–functional teams.
