Wire Person

Description

Our client is an established manufacturing company, who supply quality manufactured electronic assemblies. They are currently looking for a Wire Person to join their hardworking and dedicated team on a temporary basis in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within a similar role, be competent in soldering, have an excellent attention to detail and ability to read and follow technical drawings. As a Wire Person, you will be following technical drawings to wire harnesses, cable assemblies and sub-assemblies, installing and connecting wiring harnesses to assembled units.

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:

Demonstrable experience within a similar role

Ability to read and follow technical drawings

Be competent in soldering

Have an excellent attention to detail

Ability to work as a team member as well as individually

Your duties as a Wire Person will include:

Wiring harnesses, cable assemblies and sub-assemblies

Installing and connecting wiring harnesses into assembled units

Following technical drawings

Work in a safe and orderly manner to ensure all company Health and Safety standards are adhered to

Salary:

£12.21 per hour

Hours:

Monday – Thursday, 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 2pm
