Join a Leading Electrical Company as a Quality Assistant!

Location: Hook, Hampshire (with some hybrid flexibility)

Salary: Up to £35,000 per year, depending on experience

What You'll Do:

Support and enhance the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to meet ISO 9001 and regulatory standards.

Assist with audits (internal, supplier, and external), and follow up on non-conformances.

Help monitor and improve supplier performance by engaging in regular communication and managing corrective actions.

Be part of the team that drives quality initiatives across various functions.

Manage critical quality metrics, KPIs, and quality reports to ensure high performance across the board.

Handle root cause analysis using proven methods such as 5-Whys, Fishbone, and 8D to resolve quality issues.

What We're Looking For:

At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Systems, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Hands-on experience supporting ISO 9001 and knowledge of ISO 14001.

Proven ability in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and supplier quality management.

Strong communication skills to work with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.

Confidence in using ERP systems and maintaining accurate documentation.

A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a genuine interest in continuous improvement.
