About the Company

Our client is a leading specialist in integrated supply, installation, and maintenance of harsh and hazardous electrical equipment and cable solutions. With six UK locations and a global presence across Europe, Africa, and Asia, they deliver wholesale, distribution, inspection, maintenance, and project services to sectors including Offshore & Onshore Energy, Pharmaceutical, and Marine.

About the Role

As a Sales Co-ordinator, you'll be the backbone of the sales operation-ensuring smooth processes, supporting valued customers, and helping the branch achieve its goals. You'll work closely with Business Development Managers and play a vital role in maintaining exceptional service and safety standards.

Your responsibilities will include accurate processing of orders and quotations, proactive customer engagement, and supporting the sales team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

Process sales quotations, orders, and purchase orders with precision

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts

Proactively follow up on quotations to secure business

Expedite customer and supplier orders, manage returns and non-conformance's

Keep CRM records accurate and up to date

Support Business Development Managers with coordination tasks

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with core values

What You'll Bring

Experience in electrical wholesale or distribution

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

A proactive, professional, and solution-focused mindset
