Quality Technician | Poole | £30,000
Are you a detail‑driven Quality Technician who thrives in a structured, high‑standard manufacturing environment?
Do you enjoy working to defined processes, investigating non‑conformances and ensuring every product meets exacting requirements?
This Quality Technician role offers stability, technical variety and the opportunity to develop within a regulated electronics manufacturing setting.
As a Quality Technician, you will benefit from:
Structured working hours across a four‑day week
Six weeks’ holiday inclusive of bank holidays and company shutdown, rising with service
Salary sacrifice pension scheme with employer contributions up to 10%
Conducting and recording internal audits to maintain compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100 and ISO 14001 standards
Managing non‑conformances, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
Producing and maintaining AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports
Supporting calibration activities and maintaining tool and calibration logs
Carrying out goods‑in inspection and supporting supplier quality documentation review
As a Quality Technician, your experience will include:
Previous experience in a Quality role within electronics or a high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing xjnqpsq environment
Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and audit processes
Strong attention to detail with a methodical, evidence‑based approach to problem solving
Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
