Warehouse Operative

Salary: £12.71 per hour - £13.46 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 5:00pm

Location: Newbury (must have own transport - no public transport links)

We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our clients small, close-knit team. We're looking for someone who can work well with others while bringing strong practical skills and reliability to the group.

Receive, check, and store incoming goods

Pick, pack, and despatch orders securely

Operate a stock rotation system, assist with regular stock takes and maintain accurate records

Ensure general tidiness

Drive a van between neighbouring sites as needed

Undertake hands-on tasks, including lifting and moving goods

Adhere to safe working practices and promptly report any safety concerns

Previous warehouse experience is essential

Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, heavy lifting work

Team player who thrives in a small team environment

Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
