About Gulmay - We are a world-leading manufacturer of high-voltage X-ray generators, controllers, and complete X-ray subsystems used in medical research, security, and industrial non-destructive testing. (NDT). We provide equipment for sectors such as aerospace, automotive manufacturing, and baggage screening.
Role Overview - We are seeking an Electro Mechanical Service Technician to test, fault find and repair customer products in line with internal test procedures and specifications.
Job Responsibility - The Electro Mechanical Service Technician will test, fault find and repair products. This will include:
1. Rebuilding of high voltage tanks and chassis in accordance to the FPR plan.
2. Liaising with the materials and production departments to obtain parts required for the repair
3. Installing systems
4. The use of the RMA system to prioritise work and record repair information.
5. Report RMA monthly activity
6. Help to maintain the companies ISO9001 accreditation
7. Write technical reports as required
8. Ensure that tested products are inspected after with all paperwork checked and complete.
Person Spesifications:
1. Qualified in Electronic and Electrical engineering or similar. (Preffered)
2. Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft office packages (Preffered)
3. Experience having worked in high voltage environment (Preffered)
4. Experience in repair and fault finding to component level (Preffered)
5. Good verbal and written communication skills
6. Able to work under pressure and tight schedules. xjnqpsq
7. Numerate with the ability to analyse and manipulate numerical data.
8. Practical mechanical repair skills with an ability to solder would be an advantage
