Soldering Operative - Fareham - Starting ASAP - £12.75 - £14.50 per hour DOE
TeamJobs are recruiting for Soldering Operatives to join our client, a leading electronics manufacturer, on a temporary to permanent basis.
What this Soldering Operative role will include:
Perform hand soldering, rework, and repair to IPC-A-610 Class 3 requirements
Assemble through-hole, SMT, and mixed-technology electronic components
Inspect solder joints using microscopes and magnification tools to ensure Class 3 compliance
Read and interpret schematics and drawings
Quality check work to ensure it meets specificationsRequirements for this Soldering Operative Role:
Identify common components and equipment
IPC-A-610 Class 3 certification (current or previously certified)
Proven experience in soldering high-reliability electronic assemblies
Strong knowledge of soldering techniques, materials, and inspection criteriaHours & Pay for this Assembly Operative Role:
Monday xjnqpsq - Friday
7/7.30am - 4/4.30pm Monday to Thursday & Finish at 12.30pm on Friday;
£12.75 - £14 per hour, depending on experienceWhy work for us?
