2. YOGA SHORT FORMS – The Practice with David Swenson. Based on the Ashtanga Yoga system. There are 3 routines of 15, 30 and 45 minutes to allow you to fit Yoga into a busy lifestyle. Also, a 10 minute relaxation.
3. YOGA ASHTANGA DVD with JOHN SCOTT
The Primary Series. This practice can be used for the beginner through to those practising the full Primary Series. There are 5 Practice Levels, starting with a 15 minute beginners class, 2 different audio tracks so John can guide you through your practice, different camera angles too.
4. POWER PACKED YOGA WITH BARBARA CURRIE – DESIGNED TO HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT IN 28 DAYS. ALONG WITH A BALANCED DIET OF COURSE.
