Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive busy dealership in the Hereford area.

Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

Benefits:

Starting salary up to £30,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience).

Performance-related bonus scheme providing an uncapped on-target earnings of around £3-4,000+ per annum.

20 days’ annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.

Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am–1:00pm, paid as overtime.Duties for a Workshop Controller:

Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop

Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard

Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction

Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians

Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to workRequirements for a Workshop Controller:

Have a previous working experience within a similar role

Strong Leadership skills

A full and valid UK Driving Licence

Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop

Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am–1:00pm, paid as overtime.

The Salary being offered up to £30,000 with OTE £34,000.
