Tyre Technician - Trowbridge

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading automotive service centre and tyre retailer operating nationwide, for a Tyre Technician to join their busy team in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

The position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Tyre Technician to work within a reputable company dedicated to quality service and professional development.

42.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, with 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:30am-4:00pm.Duties of a Tyre Technician:

Conduct accurate tyre repairs and fitting on all vehicle makes.

Deliver quality workmanship and seek guidance when necessary.

Remove and refit components, carrying out related adjustments.

Ensure all work is performed safely and to a high standard.

Notify customers and management of any additional faults found.

Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles post-service, removing dirt, oil, or any marks caused during repairs.

Keep accurate documentation in line with company policies and procedures.

Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workshop operations.Requirements of a Tyre Technician:

Valid UK driving licence with minimal points.

Proven experience as a Tyre Technician, gained through employment or an Apprenticeship.

Demonstrable competence in tyre repairs and fitting.

Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
