Description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Service Advisor to join their well-established, manufacturer-owned dealership in Staines. The Service Advisor role presents an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking career development within a reputable automotive organisation committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Drive the business forward by increasing sales and profit margins
Book and manage customer appointments effectively
Match and exceed monthly sales targets
Process paperwork diligently to ensure accuracy
Maintain the dealership’s professional image and uphold quality service standards
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at all timesRequirements:
Previous experience in a Service role within a garage or dealership environment
Full UK driving license
Kerridge experience is advantageous
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of automotive trade and sales techniques
Motivated to enhance skills and knowledge
