Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Sales Advisor working within an Automotive Trade Dealership Group, in the Croydon area.
Our Client is seeking a skilled Parts Sales Advisor / Parts Sales Person to join their friendly team of Vehicle Parts Professionals.

Requirements:
A strong communicator who is used to dealing with both Trade Customers and the General Public
Preferably at least 2 years’ experience within a Main Dealership or similar environment.
An ability to provide an excellent level of customer serviceDuties:
Responding to customer demands – dealing with queries, complaints and orders in a professional tone.
Being proactive with customer issues – communicating with Senior Parts Advisors and Management when situations occur.
Displaying strong logistical skills, by following up on customer calls, as well as retaining key information with products, services and training regimes.
Regularly upselling products and services, to meet sales targets.
Maintaining accurate customer records, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Pre-pick customer orders, and parts look-up.The salary for this Parts Sales Advisor position is up to £31,000.
Hours of work in this role are 7am - 5.30pm Monday – Friday - no weekends.
