Supercar Fleet Technician / Mechanic

Our UHNW client, based in Muscat, Oman, is seeking a highly skilled Supercar Mechanic / Technician to oversee and maintain a prestigious private fleet of over 20 vehicles. The collection includes modern supercars and vintage classics, with a particular focus on Ferrari and Bugatti models.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles are maintained to the highest standard, ready for immediate use, and stored in pristine condition. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role requiring discretion, professionalism, and a passion for high-performance engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and diagnostics on all vehicles in the fleet
Ensure all vehicles are ready and available for use at any time
Oversee and coordinate servicing schedules with authorized dealerships and service centers
Review and manage invoices, accounts, and maintenance records
Liaise directly with dealerships and specialist workshops for complex repairs or servicing
Supervise and coordinate with a team of four Chauffeurs
Manage the facility where the fleet is stored, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and security

Working Pattern

Flexible working hours, often starting early mornings
Six days per week

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly salary: £2,500
Accommodation: Fully furnished apartment within a resort complex (all utilities included)
Vehicle: Personal use car provided
Annual leave: 30 days paid holiday, including one round-trip flight to your home country

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a supercar or high-performance vehicle technician
Strong knowledge of Ferrari, Bugatti, and other luxury or classic brands
Excellent diagnostic and mechanical skills
Experience managing or overseeing vehicle fleets preferred
Professional, discreet, and reliable work ethic
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Employment Type: Full-time, 6 days per week

Salary: £2,500 per month
