Location: Milton Keynes
Pay: Up to £24 per hour depending on experience + Uncapped Bonus + Benefits
Are you an experienced Panel Technician or Panel Beater looking for a new opportunity with excellent earning potential?
We are recruiting for an experienced Panel Technician to join our client's busy accident repair centre in Milton Keynes.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established automotive repair business, working alongside an experienced team in a modern bodyshop environment. The Role
Working within a busy accident repair centre, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle body repairs and panel replacements, ensuring vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition.
Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out vehicle body repairs and panel replacements to manufacturer standards.

Assessing vehicle damage and identifying suitable repair methods.
*
Removing, repairing and refitting vehicle body panels and associated components.
*
Completing structural and non-structural panel repairs where required.
*
Working on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
*
Ensuring all repairs meet quality and manufacturer standards.
*
Working alongside paint and MET technicians to ensure efficient vehicle repairs.
Requirements
The successful candidate will ideally have:
*
Previous experience as a Panel Technician, Panel Beater or Automotive Body Repair Technician.
*
Experience working within an accident repair centre or automotive bodyshop.
*
Strong vehicle panel repair, replacement and removal/refitting skills.
*
Knowledge of modern vehicle construction and repair methods.
*
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
*
A full UK driving licence.
ATA, NVQ, IMI or equivalent automotive body repair qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
