Your Role

As an Inspector, your key responsibility is to inspect and sentence a wide variety of aircraft landing gear components to return them to a serviceable condition with the minimal repairs necessary in accordance with approved maintenance data. You will ensure the safety and reliability of critical aircraft systems, directly contributing to Safran's mission of crafting excellence in aerospace.

What You'll Bring

- Engineering Apprenticeship (preferably gained within aerospace or manufacturing sector) or Level 3 NVQ - Essential

- Background in working with aircraft components - Essential

- Confident communicator with team members and other business areas - Essential

- IT literate and able to learn new systems quickly - Essential

Sound mathematical skills and effective problem-solving abilities - Essential

- Flexible approach with a "can do" attitude; willingness to take on new responsibilities - Essential

- Understanding of Lean Sigma disciplines and 5S principles - Essential

- Experience with continuous improvement activities - Desirable
