HGV Technician – Dartford

Up to £23 per hour | OTE up to £62,790 | Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced HGV Technician looking for a stable, well-paid role with excellent earning potential? We are currently recruiting for a skilled HGV Technician to join our growing team in Dartford. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated HGV Technician seeking a consistent weekday schedule and long-term career progression.

As an HGV Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing a fleet of heavy goods vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring they remain safe, compliant, and roadworthy.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

07:30am – 17:30pm

1 hour unpaid lunch

45-hour working weekPay & Benefits:

Up to £23.00 per hour basic rate (equivalent to £53,910 annually)

Overtime paid at 1.5x (up to £34.50 per hour)

OTE up to £62,790 based on 5 hours overtime per week

Stable, full-time permanent position

Strong work-life balance with no weekend shiftsHGV Technician Role Responsibilities:

Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs

Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults

Complete inspections, MOT preparation, and compliance checks

Ensure all work is completed to safety and quality standards

Work effectively as part of a professional workshop teamHGV Technician Requirements:

Fully qualified HGV Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

Previous experience working as an HGV Technician or in a similar workshop environment xjnqpsq

Full UK Driving Licence (HGV licence advantageous)

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Ability to work independently and efficientlyLocation: Dartford
