Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Car Sales Executive position at their established dealership in Slough. This is a prime opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to advance their career within a reputable and customer-focused environment.
This Car Sales Executive position offers a competitive salary, uncapped earning potential, and the chance to work with a premium automotive brand.
Benefits:
Basic salary of £22,000 with an OTE of £40,000+
5-day working week, Monday to Saturday, with a fixed day off during the week
No Sundays required
Working within a premium brand dealership environment
23 days holiday plus bank holidays

Supportive team focused on achieving sales targetsDuties as a Car Sales Executive:
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements
Present suitable vehicle options and conduct effective product demonstrations
Lead the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, features, and promotional offers
Complete all administrative tasks accurately related to sales transactionsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the motor trade
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proactive attitude with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership setting
Residency within 10 miles of Slough or Maidenhead
