The successful candidate will be an integral part of delivering exceptional customer service within a busy and dedicated bodyshop team. The position of Bodyshop Advisor plays a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the efficient operation of the bodyshop.
Benefits:
Competitive salary up to £30,000, dependent on experience
Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
42.5-hour workweek with minimal Saturday requirements

Efficiently completing all necessary paperwork for vehicle repair orders
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and vehicle databases
Liaising with customers and insurance companies in a professional manner
Managing credit control, including tracking outstanding debts and invoices
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and maintaining good housekeeping practices
Providing excellent customer service and supporting the overall workflow of the bodyshopRequirements:
Proven experience working as a Customer Service Advisor within a bodyshop or automotive environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently
Strong attention to detail in administrative tasks
Knowledge of vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, or previous experience within a bodyshop is advantageous
