We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Sales Advisor working within an Automotive well-established Motor Trade Dealership Group in the Croydon area.

Our Client is seeking a skilled Parts Sales Advisor to join their friendly team of Vehicle Parts Professionals.

Responding to customer sales ordering, queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner

Escalating customer issues with senior parts advisors and management when the need arises

Adhering to company policies and procedures when interacting with customers

Following up on customer calls to ensure that that customers are satisfied

Staying up to date with products, services and policies by attending training sessions

Ensuring that they accurately comprehend customer requests and issues by confirming and clarifying information

Upselling products and services where possible and actively working towards reaching sales targets

Maintaining accurate customer records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system and completing call logs and reportsRequirements:

Have previous working experience in a busy Parts Department.

A strong Communicator who is used to dealing with both Trade Customers and the General Public

An ability to provide an excellent level of customer service

Experience in using Motor Trade Parts SystemsAs a Parts Sales Advisor for our client, you will be vital to the business’s success, supplying both Trade and Retail Customers with parts. You will be required to serve on both the Front and Back counters serving both Retail customers and the workshop.

The salary for this Parts Sales Advisor position is up to £31,000 with OTE up to £36,000.

Hours of work in this role are: 7am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday no weekends.
