Part-time House Cleaner

House Cleaner Required:

We are searching for a self-employed skilled, competent house cleaner who takes pride in their work. The house cleaner will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our home which is a single-story semi-detached cottage in Coaltown of Balgonie, Glenrothes. Your responsibilities will include sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, in all parts of the home of an older couple.

To be successful as a house cleaner, you should have stamina, and a positive attitude, showing respect for the home and its inhabitants.

Cleaning equipment and materials will be provided by us.

House Cleaner Responsibilities:

Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing floors where required. Vacuuming carpets, upholstery, and any other dusty surface. Cleaning all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom.
Handling all furniture, ornaments, and appliances etc. carefully.

House Cleaner Requirements:

Good knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals. Able to understand verbal and written instructions. Polite disposition.
Able to maintain a positive attitude.
Able to provide two relevant References from non-relatives.
Own transport to and from our home. Travel costs are not paid.
Be self-employed as described by HM Revenue & Customs.

Hours and Payment: A commitment of 2 hours per fortnight – day and times to be agreed. Rate of £12.50p per hour paid on each visit.
