Our client is looking for a Housekeeper/ Cook to join their team, helping to keep the house running smoothly with meticulous attention to detail.

Overview

This is a traditional housekeeper/cook role where you will be responsible for housekeeping and cooking duties, mostly breakfast and some lunches, alongside another housekeeper/cook who works the late shift.

The client is looking for a very experienced Housekeeper/cook who is confident working without instruction but also well in a team, there is another housekeeper/ cook who will be working alongside you on a later shift pattern.

The family live in a large six-bedroom property and are expecting a baby later this year. You will be required to maintain the property to a very high standard, ensuring excellent levels of cleanliness throughout.

Duties included but not limited to:

Cleaning, laundry and ironing on a regular scheduleAssisting with household organisation and maintaining high presentation standardsCooking lunch and supper for the principal and occasionally guests (simple home style cooking)Scheduling and carrying out regular deep cleaning of the propertyWorking closely with HouseManager and other staff (incl. Nanny & Maternity nurse once baby is born)Occasional care of the family dogs.
