End-of-Tenancy Cleaner (Subcontractor) – South London

Description

We are a South London-based cleaning company specialising exclusively in end-of-tenancy cleaning for letting agents, landlords, and tenants.

We are currently looking for experienced end-of-tenancy cleaners to join us on a self-employed subcontract basis.

This is NOT domestic / regular weekly cleaning.

Type of Work End-of-tenancy / move-out cleaning only

Properties inspected by letting agents and inventory clerks

Work must meet deposit-standard expectations

Jobs mainly across South London (Clapham, Brixton, Peckham, Lewisham, Greenwich, Wimbledon and surrounding areas)

What We Are Looking For You must have experience in end-of-tenancy cleaning and be confident with:

Oven cleaning (inside/out)
Kitchen degreasing (extractors, cupboards, tiles)
Bathroom deep cleaning (limescale removal, mould treatment where required)
Skirting boards, doors, frames and detailed finishing
Working efficiently while maintaining high standards

Key Requirements Proven end-of-tenancy cleaning experience

Reliable and punctual (no last-minute cancellations)
Able to work to a checklist and strict standards
Comfortable providing before and after photos
Self-employed / subcontractor basis
Right to work in the UK
Able to travel to jobs across South London

Transport is preferred but not essential depending on location.

Pay Paid per job (not hourly)

Rates agreed in advance based on property size and scope

Regular work available for reliable cleaners

Please note: re-cleans may be required if a property fails inspection due to quality issues.
