A warm and welcoming family based in Ham, Richmond (TW10) is seeking a professional, experienced and proactive Live-out Housekeeper/Family Assistant to support the smooth running of their busy household.

With three children aged 9, 7 and 2 and both parents working full-time, the ideal candidate will take ownership of maintaining a clean, organised and comfortable home while integrating seamlessly into the family dynamic.

The role involves comprehensive housekeeping duties including daily cleaning, laundry and ironing, wardrobe and pantry organisation, grocery shopping, household inventory management and family cooking. The successful candidate will also assist with household operations such as running errands, coordinating with the family PA and tradespeople, managing deliveries, maintaining appliances and supporting with seasonal deep cleaning and holiday preparation. Light childcare support is required, including nursery pick-ups, helping organise school item and occasionally assisting with the children’s bedtime routine to create a calm after-school environment. The role requires someone highly organised, discreet, dependable and able to work independently while communicating closely with the family PA to ensure the home runs efficiently, allowing the parents to focus on spending quality time with their children.

A confident driver is essential.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 11.30am to 7:30pm (with occasional paid weekend hours by prior arrangement).

Salary on offer for the right candidate is around £45k gpa.
