With over 30 years of combined experience in the private healthcare sector, our team are experts in tailoring bespoke home help packages which offer choice and flexibility for all. Whether assistance to continue living independently or an extra pair of hands to make busy lives easier, we are able to support with all personal and practical matters required.

For each of our clients, we create a personalised package and ensure that an appropriate staff member is chosen to assist, selected not only for being a good fit in terms of the practical skills required but someone who shares a similar personality and outlook on life.
Our clients safety is paramount. We personally meet and recruit all of our team members, ensuring they are fully vetted including DBS checked, referencing, appropriate training and background suitability checks.

The Help was a vision created by Victoria Gibbs-Taylor and Katharine Partridge. Having both worked in the corporate private healthcare sector for many years, we recognised a gap in the market for a premium home help service that focuses on family values and puts clients and staff first.
