Highly recommend Renata as a cleaner. She cleaned the house to a good standard. She was punctual and replied to my initial request in a timely manner.

Very strange interaction, initial meeting was fine and Renata and her husband turned up as agreed and on time which was great. After they left it was obvious the kitchen floor had not been mopped and I messaged to ask if they had run out of time or if there were any issues. I got a very abrupt reply to say that if I’m not happy they wouldn’t be returning…..key was returned 2 days later.
