We are delighted to offer this English made, 19th century Victorian console table with two drawers. A provincial made piece with blonde oak wood table top, cream painted frame & bun handles. This table is in solid condition & lovely age related condition. Tall slender turned legs, classic stretcher box frame, two drawers to front side. Dove tailed oak drawer fronts & liners. This piece comes directly from a recent grand estate sale & is sold in superb as found antique condition. Lots of lovely age related surface patination wear, scuffs & dinks. It displays very nicely indeed & both drawers run smoothly. It's been cleaned inside & out, lightly wax polished, so now ready to use, love & enjoy once more. It's not been over restored to retain all it's age related patination & antique charm. A delightful country house piece, typical of it's Victorian period & this example would date nicely to the late 19th century, circa 1870's.
