Description
We are recruiting a part-time Temporary Evening Telephonist - Coordinator to join our team.
Thursday 4pm - 10pm
Friday 4pm - 10pm
Saturday 4pm - 10pm
Sunday 6pm - 10pm
You must be able to work at least 2 of the above shifts.
Priority will be given to candidates who live locally and can work flexible hours. Students welcome.
Based in the heart of vibrant Hackney and Shoreditch, Blackberry Cars is an airport transfer company. Serving over 150,000 customers per year, we provide cars to London's major airports, UK cruise ports and beyond.
You would be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with opportunities for progression for the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
Handling customer queries and complaints politely and effectively by phone, email and live chat
Monitoring bookings/flights/traffic conditions to ensure all drivers are on time
Skills
Attention to detail
Good telephone manner
Able to work alone and as part of a team
Punctual and reliable
Flexibility a definite advantage
Must have a customer focused approach and excellent customer services skills
Days & Times
Thursday, Friday and Saturday 4pm-10pm
Sunday 6pm - 10pm
Candidates must be able to work at least 2 of the above shifts

This is a temporary position with an immediate start until the end of September 2026.
There is some flexibility for candidates who are only available until early of September.
Experience is not essential for this role as full training will be given, but a positive approach is.
