Part Time Telephonist - Coordinator

Description

We are recruiting a part-time Telephonist - Coordinator to join our team.

Friday 8am - 4pm

Sunday 10am - 6pm

Priority will be given to candidates who live locally and can work flexible hours. Students welcome.

Based in the heart of vibrant Hackney and Shoreditch, Blackberry Cars is an airport transfer company. Serving over 150,000 customers per year, we provide cars to London's major airports, UK cruise ports and beyond.

You would be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with opportunities for progression for the right candidates.

Responsibilities:

Handling customer queries and complaints politely and effectively by phone, email and live chat
Monitoring bookings/flights/traffic conditions to ensure all drivers are on time

Skills

Attention to detail
Good telephone manner
Able to work alone and as part of a team
Punctual and reliable
Flexibility a definite advantage
Must have a customer focused approach and excellent customer services skills

Days & Times

Friday 8am - 4pm and Sunday 10am-6pm

(there is some flexibility in the end time of both shifts)

We also have some evening shifts available and are open to a candidate who can cover one of the daytime shifts plus at least one evening.

Salary: £13.50 per hour
