RMS Recruitment is currently seeking a Tele Researcher to join our client’s leading telemarketing company, located in South Shields. This role offers a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team focused on market research and customer outreach.

Job Details:

Location: South Shields

Position: Tele Researcher

Type: Temporary Contract

Working Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Thursday)

Hourly Rate: £12.25 (increasing after 4 weeks if targets are met)

About the Role:

Working as a Tele Researcher your role will involve engaging with individuals over the phone to gather valuable data and insights through structured surveys and questionnaires. Gather accurate and relevant information based on specific research objectives.

Conduct telephone-based research and surveys.

Collect and analysing data to support marketing strategies.

Recording and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Collaborating with the team to achieve project goals.

Represent clients in a professional and respecting manager on each phone call. xjnqpsq
