Duration: 2 months - possible extension

Hours: 09:00 - 17:30

Pay: £13.85

Location: Tottenham Court Road

This role requires working two days in the office and three days remotely

Key Responsibilities:

As a Temporary Customer Service Executive, you will be the voice of our client! Your main tasks will include:

Responding promptly to emails, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed efficiently

Answering calls with a friendly demeanour, providing information and resolving issues over the phone

Engaging with customers on social media platforms, addressing questions and comments in a timely manner

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude

Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus!

A tech-savvy mindset, comfortable navigating social media and email platforms
