Description

Our client, a successful and growing independent automotive specialist, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join its premium vehicle service department in Milton Keynes. This Service Advisor role offers a basic salary of up to 38,000, Monday to Friday working hours and no weekend work.

The successful Service Advisor will join a supportive management team within modern, purpose-built premises. The workshop is consistently busy and currently booking at least two weeks ahead, providing an excellent opportunity for long-term employment.

As a Service Advisor, welcome customers and manage service and repair enquiriesManage service bookings and coordinate workshop schedulesPrepare job cards and process invoices accuratelyLiaise closely with Technicians and workshop managementKeep customers updated on vehicle progress and any additional work requiredEnsure all workshop administration is completed efficientlyDeliver consistently high standards of customer serviceThis Service Advisor position requires effective communication with customers and the workshop teamRequirements:
