Description

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our clients established, franchise-approved motorcycle dealership in Bridgend, South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive customer service professional or Vehicle Technician looking to move into an office-based role.

Working as a Service Advisor, you will support their Service Manager, service reception team and workshop, ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Greet customers and book motorcycles into the Service Department Advise customers on repair requirements and minor technical issues Liaise closely with the workshop and monitor work in progress Plan and maintain an efficient workshop diary Keep customers updated throughout the repair process Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services Process payments for completed work Deliver high standards of customer service while achieving company targets Requirements:

Proven customer service experience, ideally within an automotive, motorcycle or dealership environment A genuine passion for motorcycles and two-wheeled vehicles Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills Confidence advising customers and achieving commercial targets A professional, collaborative approach to working within a busy team Vehicle Technicians seeking a move away from workshop-based work are encouraged to apply A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is desirable but not essential This Service Advisor position offers a competitive package, structured training and the opportunity to build a long-term career in the motorcycle industry.
