Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for your next opportunity within the automotive industry? We are recruiting for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join an established dealership in Salisbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong customer relationships and delivering an excellent customer experience.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience from vehicle check-in through to collection.

You'll be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing clear updates and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

THE PACKAGE

29,500 basic salary. OTE of up to 33,000. 42.5-hour working week. Ongoing training and development. Supportive working environment. THE ROLE

Welcoming customers and handling service enquiries. Booking vehicles into the workshop. Preparing job cards and accurately recording customer requirements. Liaising with technicians and workshop colleagues. Providing customers with regular updates on vehicle progress. Discussing additional work and obtaining customer authorisation. Ensuring vehicles are ready for collection and invoices are explained. Delivering excellent customer service throughout the process. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organisational and administrative abilities. Confident working in a busy dealership environment. Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask. A professional and customer-focused approach. INTERESTED?
