Welcome customers professionally, ensuring a positive experienceAdvise customers on vehicle service and repair requirementsUpsell additional services and products where appropriatePlan and schedule service appointments efficientlyLiaise with technicians and parts teams to ensure smooth workflowMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and work conductedPromote dealership services and products to maximise sales and customer satisfactionService Advisor Requirements:
