Greet customers in the Service Department and manage reception duties efficiently Schedule vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring customer needs are met Liaise closely with the workshop team to monitor work in progress and update customers accordingly Arrange for courtesy vehicles when required Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle details Ensure compliance with warranty procedures and liaise with vehicle manufacturers as necessary Requirements of a Service Advisor:
