Description

The key responsibilities for the French Speaking Customer Service Advisor role are:

Provide excellent customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Coordinate with the Logistics department to resolve any service-related issues.

Assist in the booking and scheduling process for travel and tourism services.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while interacting with clients.

Provide translation support for French-speaking customers as needed.

Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.Profile

A successful French Speaking Customer Service Advisor should have:

Fluency in both French and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
