What you'll be doing:

Handling inbound and outbound customer callsResponding to emails and support enquiriesAssisting customers with technical queries (full training provided)Liaising with mobile network providers to resolve issuesSupporting the sales team with product-related questionsManaging and updating customer support ticketsWhat we're looking for:

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)Eagerness to learn and develop new skillsConfident using PCs (Word, Excel, email)Good organisation and time managementWhat's in it for you?
