Description
Role:- Customer Support Advisor (30hrs)
Based: - Milton Keynes. MK10
Rate of pay:- £14.00p/h +33 holidays (25days+8BH)
Duration: 6 month plus contract
The Customer Service Advisor will work as part of a small friendly team. The companies’ offices are open plan, providing a good working atmosphere and working relationships between departments.
The Customer Service Advisor's weekly duties will include:
Answering calls and emails from clients
Resolving customer issues
Raising and progressing returns and invoice queries
Dealing with root cause analysis and issue prevention.The Customer Service advisor will require the following:
Ability to multi-task
The skill to deliver a first-class customer experience within an office environment.
Able to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
Good IT skills (SAP an advantage - client will train)
Good attendance and timekeeping.
