Customer and Sales Support Advisor

Slough

£31,500 + yearly bonus and monthly commission

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (please note on Monday you will be required to work one late shift a week 11.30am - 7.30pm.)

This is a real gem of a role working with a leading business based in Slough who provide a 5-star product within a prestigious and luxury market.

Our client is looking for an experienced customer service advisor/sales support with cross-selling and up-selling experience to join their team, you will need to have previous experience in delivering excellent service, demonstrating the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working closely with clients and customers.

Please note that the majority of this role is taking inbound calls from businesses and existing customers who are placing orders and processing and upselling products where appropriate. There will be some outbound calls required when company promotions are launched.

Duties:

Answering high volume inbound calls

Account management duties

Producing sales analysis reports

Making outbound calls to existing customers

Making outbound calls to lapsed accounts

Making focused outbound calls to move promotional stock

Processing orders

Dealing with customer queries

Upselling promotional and new products

General admin duties

Requirements:

Previous customer service/upselling/cross-selling experience

A highly motivated individual

Excellent communication skills

On top of base salary is a monthly bonus based on promotional products sold, plus there is a yearly bonus, based on company sales and KPIs.
