Customer Service Advisor

13.30 per hour Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm 3 month temporary contract initially

The Role

Manage customer enquiries across phone, email, and live chatProvide clear, professional support and resolve issues promptlyKeep customer records accurate and up to dateWork closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experienceAbout You

Confident communicator with strong problem-solving abilitiesPositive, proactive, and customer-focused mindsetComfortable working in a busy, fast-paced settingPrevious customer service experience is helpful but not required
