Vintage ‘Tuscan’ fine bone china tea set produced by R.H. & S.L. Plant Ltd. in Longton, England.
The “Tuscan China England” mark with the crown and wings dates the pieces to circa 1920’s and the “6471” on some pieces is the pattern number.
